Terms and Conditions – Angels of Amsterdam

These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Angels of Amsterdam. By using our service, the client declares their agreement with these conditions. Our service is based on discretion, respect, and professional class.

1. Service Provision

Angels of Amsterdam offers exclusive companionship services to adults aged 21 and older. Our service consists solely of time-bound companionship. What occurs during the appointment is based on mutual consent and falls outside our responsibility.‎

2. Voluntariness and Independence

Our ladies work fully independently and voluntarily. Clients must at all times respect the wishes, boundaries, and integrity of the ladies. A booking does not imply any right to specific actions or expectations.

3. Prices and Payment

All rates are clearly communicated in advance. Payment is made before the start of the appointment and can be made in cash, via Tikkie (+10%), or bank transfer (+10%). Cryptocurrencies are accepted upon request. Price agreements apply per booking and cannot be disputed afterward.

4. Cancellations

A booking can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. A €100 fee will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours. Outside the Amsterdam region, adjusted conditions apply based on distance and logistics.

5. Complaints and Behavior

Complaints can be submitted via info@angelsofamsterdam.com and will be handled confidentially. We strive to review reports carefully and within a reasonable timeframe, without guaranteeing a substantive response. In the event of behavior that we deem inappropriate or inconsistent with the nature of our service, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings, with the safety and integrity of our ladies in mind.

6. Liability

Angels of Amsterdam is not liable for actions or agreements between the client and escort that occur outside our mediation. We only act as an intermediary and facilitate contact between parties. Participation in appointments is entirely at your own risk.

7. Privacy and Discretion

We handle client data strictly confidentially and process only necessary data for the booking. See our privacy policy for more information.

8. Visual Material and Identity

The displayed photos are representative but partially edited or masked to protect the privacy of our ladies. Tattoos, faces, and other recognizable features can be blurred upon request. No rights can be derived from the appearance of the ladies in photos.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Angels of Amsterdam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The current version is always available on our website. For repeated bookings, it is assumed that the most recent version has been reviewed.
